Before your CleanOutz crew can be assigned, you must complete this checklist so our operations team knows exactly what is being cleaned out, what items are involved, and whether your service request fits CleanOutz rules.

CleanOutz Is NOT A Junk Removal Company

We do not remove items over 50 lbs, appliances, construction debris, hazardous materials, large furniture, demolition materials, hoarding conditions, or biohazards. If your checklist includes prohibited items, your service may be rejected or sent for manual review.

CleanOutz crews arrive with tools, dollies, and gloves. You provide all bags, boxes, and containers — have them ready before arrival or a service call fee may apply.

I am responsible for having all necessary materials ready before my appointment. I understand that failure to prepare may result in service fees, appointment cancellation, or rescheduling.
