50 lb Weight Limit
No single item over 50 lbs. No appliances, large furniture, safes, or gym equipment.
No Hazardous Materials
No chemicals, paint, gasoline, biohazards, firearms, or construction debris.
Small Spaces Only
Apartments, condos, townhomes, and homes under 1,500 sqft. No hoarding or estate cleanouts.
Accurate Photos Required
Clear photos of all areas must be uploaded before service. Misrepresentation may change pricing.
Quotes Are Estimates
AI quotes are preliminary. Final price may change based on actual volume and scope.
24-Hour Cancellation
Free cancellation 24+ hours before. Late fees may apply within 24 hrs. No-access trip fees apply.
Service Windows, Not Exact Times
Arrival is within a window. Traffic, routing, and weather may affect timing.
We Can Refuse Service
Unsafe conditions, undisclosed scope, prohibited items, or conduct issues may halt service.
Donation items must be clean and usable — acceptance is not guaranteed. Customers must provide accurate access info (gate codes, parking, stairs) and secure pets/valuables before service.
