Last updated: May 2026

CleanOutz Core Positioning: CleanOutz provides fast, small-space cleanout and decluttering support for approved residential, office, retail, property management, real estate, and donation-related service requests. CleanOutz is not a junk removal company, moving company, demolition contractor, hazardous materials handler, construction debris service, hoarding cleanup company, or full-service hauling provider.

CleanOutz™ is a light clean out and organization removal service — NOT a moving company, demolition company, or junk hauling service.

1. Introduction

CleanOutz™ provides small-space clean out services for apartments, condos, townhomes, garages, closets, cabinets, and similar residential spaces. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Customer Service Agreement

By booking CleanOutz services, the customer understands and agrees that CleanOutz provides limited small-space cleanout and decluttering services only. CleanOutz does not provide full junk removal, moving, packing, demolition, construction cleanup, hazardous material removal, appliance removal, hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, or removal of items exceeding 50 pounds.

The customer agrees to provide accurate information, complete all required forms and checklists, upload accurate photos/videos, disclose access limitations, and identify all items approved for removal. CleanOutz reserves the right to refuse, modify, reschedule, or stop service if the actual conditions differ from the information provided or if unsafe, prohibited, oversized, hazardous, or undisclosed items are present.

3. Service Classification

CleanOutz is a small-space cleanout and decluttering service. CleanOutz is not a moving company, junk removal company, demolition contractor, construction debris hauler, hazardous waste handler, biohazard cleanup provider, appliance removal service, or estate cleanout company. CleanOutz services are limited to approved small household, office, retail, donation, or property turnover items that comply with CleanOutz policies and weight restrictions.

4. Service Eligibility

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have legal authority over the property or written permission from the property owner
  • Personally approve all items for removal before and during service
  • Not request removal of prohibited or hazardous materials
  • Complete the mandatory digital service checklist before scheduling

5. Scope of Services

  • Apartments and condos — kitchens, closets, cabinets, pantries
  • Townhomes and small homes — targeted room clean outs
  • Garages — light clutter, boxes, bins, shelving contents
  • Closets and laundry rooms
  • Small basements and attics (accessible, non-hazardous)
  • Move-out leftover removal
  • Donation item sorting and coordination

6. Service Refusal Rights

CleanOutz reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, reschedule, or terminate any service request at any time if CleanOutz determines that the job is unsafe, outside approved scope, inaccurately described, unpaid, inaccessible, prohibited, hazardous, abusive, excessive in volume, likely to cause damage, or inconsistent with CleanOutz policies. A trip charge may apply for refused jobs where crew has already been dispatched.

7. Mandatory Checklist Requirement

CleanOutz requires completion of a digital service checklist before dispatch, scheduling confirmation, or crew assignment. The checklist must accurately identify all rooms, areas, items, access conditions, donation requests, and known restrictions. CleanOutz may rely on the checklist, uploaded photos/videos, and customer-provided information to determine pricing, crew size, scheduling, approval, and service eligibility. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading checklist submissions may result in price adjustments, refusal of service, rescheduling, cancellation fees, or termination of service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing all CleanOutz service rules, accurately identifying items for removal, securing valuables and pets, disclosing hazards, ensuring safe access, obtaining any required building or property approvals, providing accurate photos/videos, and being available for questions or sign-off when required.

9. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim for damages arising from CleanOutz services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. CleanOutz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional distress, lost profit, lost business, lost opportunity, or loss-of-use damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court at CleanOutz's election. By using our services, you waive the right to class action litigation.

11. Form Submission Acknowledgment

By submitting any CleanOutz form, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. I understand that CleanOutz may rely on this information to determine pricing, approval, scheduling, crew assignment, service eligibility, and operational safety. I understand that inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in service delays, pricing adjustments, cancellation, refusal of service, or additional fees.
