Official Field Scope for GigSmart-Sourced Technicians

CleanOutz is not junk removal, moving, or hauling.

Technicians organize, remove from designated areas, bag, sort, separate, and stage approved items at the customer’s authorized onsite destination. Technicians do not transport customer property or discarded items away from the property.

Section 1

Universal CleanOutz Job Standards

These rules apply to every CleanOutz assignment, regardless of service type.

Scope control: A technician never expands the scope simply because the customer asks. CrewLink scope controls the job.

Same fundamental scope as Apartment CleanOutz™.

Additional attention to: elevator reservations, loading areas, concierge instructions, parking restrictions, trash-room rules, HOA/building requirements.

CrewLink must display building-access instructions before arrival.

Townhome & Smaller Home CleanOutz™

45–120 minutes 2 technicians

Approved

Property guideline: generally under 1,500 sq. ft.
The assignment identifies the specific approved CleanOutz Zone™ or areas.

This does not automatically mean the entire property.

Examples: Kitchen + closet · Garage · Small basement · Move-out items · Two approved rooms.

Operations rejects whole-house projects that exceed CleanOutz volume standards.

Kitchen CleanOutz™

This should be one of our fastest and easiest GigSmart assignments.

Customer should identify: KEEP | REMOVE | DONATE before or during the approved process.

Garage CleanOutz does NOT mean emptying an entire packed garage. The approved volume shown in CrewLink controls the assignment.

Small Basement CleanOutz™

Small Attic CleanOutz™

Stricter approval requirements than most services.
Required pre-approval considers: safe flooring, safe stairs/ladder access, adequate lighting, temperature, head clearance, item weight, volume.

Workers clear approved items to the: property dumpster · trash room · curb location where permitted · donation staging area · other CleanOutz-approved onsite destination.

Critical distinction: the crew is not moving the customer’s possessions to another residence — and they’re not loading a truck.

Move-Out CleanOutz means clearing approved unwanted items associated with the transition.

Storage CleanOutz™
