No Pass = No Access
You must score 90% or higher on both the Core Knowledge Test and your role-specific test before any access is granted.
Certification Rules
• Minimum 90% on all tests
• Critical questions = automatic fail if missed
• Retakes require supervisor review after 2nd fail
• Manager review required after 3rd fail
