How Storage Edition Works
Submit Quote Request
Fill out the form with your facility name, address, unit number, unit size, and what needs to be cleaned out. At least 1 photo is required.
Upload Photos
Photos must show your live, active storage unit and unit number. Everything must match — facility, unit #, and photos.
CleanOutz Reviews
Our team verifies your unit is 10×10 or smaller, photos match, and the job fits our rules. No warehouses or large facilities.
Approval + Service Link
If approved, you receive a secure service link by email. Only then can you schedule a date.
Schedule Your Date
Use the link to pick a calendar date. This is a specialty service — scheduling is based on crew availability in your market.
Crew Completes Cleanout
Our team arrives and completes the approved cleanout within the agreed time window.
Customer Must Be Prepared
CleanOutz does not provide bags, boxes, containers, or packing materials.

Required Customer Acknowledgment
I understand CleanOutz Storage Edition is only for small, approved storage cleanouts — 10×10 maximum. CleanOutz does not provide junk removal, hoarding cleanup, large-unit cleanouts, warehouse cleanouts, appliance removal, hazardous material handling, or removal of items over 50 lbs. I understand I must provide all required bags, boxes, containers, and access information before service. I confirm my unit number, photos, and facility information are accurate.
